Booking procedure

1. Your enquiry should be made by e-mail at or fax at +302427029179. In order for us to offer you a good quotation, it is necessary you send us the following information.

  • The name of the charterer.  
  • The type of the required yacht and alternative.
  • The desired marina of departure.
  • The number of persons onboard.
  • The desired charter dates.
  • Any extra services. Skipper, hostess etc.

Once we have received your enquiry, we will inform you about the boats available and price, as soon as possible. 

2. When you have received our quotation and offer, you can either confirm the booking or request an option. Options can be held for a maximum of one week. Should it be necessary to extend the option, please contact us and we will try to extend it. 

3. With your charter confirmed, you will receive by email,  a Yacht Charter Agreement and payment schedule. 
Upon receipt of your Yacht Charter Agreement, a minimum payment of 40% of the total charter fee is due.  Payment can be an ordinary Bank transfer. 
Yacht charter agreement has to be signed and emailed back with the bank tranfer receipt.
